Naval Inspection

about

1996 cassette 4 track. Features what was recorded onto a piece of acetate that was with a WWII era naval recording device gifted to me in 1993 and still functioned. It was what the military used on ships to make audio recordings, actually cut a small record. All tubes. Remember, magnetic tape was invented by the Nazis and was a secret until the allies conquered them in 1945. The green images on this bandcamp home page are of the device and the acetate recording. It now belongs to the USS Hornet Aircraft Carrier Museum in Alameda, CA (highly recommended).
